Internal Management System
A business services firm offering software-based consultancy needed a way to streamline and automate the full lifecycle of their client engagements — from lead generation to invoicing. The company had outgrown its reliance on spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected tools, and wanted a tailored internal system that reduced admin while integrating with platforms they already used and trusted.
Project Overview
Enabled Insights developed a fully integrated internal management system to serve as the central hub of the business. The system allows the company to register client organisations, track new business opportunities, generate and issue quotes directly within the platform, and manage client subscriptions — including automated reminders for renewals.
Once a quote is approved, the system marks the opportunity as “Won” and automatically pushes all project details to ClickUp, the company’s existing project management software. Upon project completion, the system generates an invoice in QuickBooks and sends it to the client, while also tracking payment status and issuing automated reminders when invoices are overdue.
The result is a seamless, end-to-end platform that saves time, reduces admin, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks — all while maintaining integration with the systems the team already knows and uses.
